Through the collaboration between the Albanian state-owned company KAYO SH.A. and the Israeli Military Technology Giant, Elbit Systems Ltd., the Aviation School will be reinstated in the city of Vlorë, where both military and civilian pilots will be trained. The agreement was signed in Vlorë, in the presence of Prime Minister Mr. Edi Rama, Deputy Prime Minister Ms. Belinda Balluku, Minister of Defense Mr. Pirro Vengu, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Arben Kingji.

This project will serve to enhance the capacity for the education and training of pilots and air traffic controllers, ensuring sustainable support for the Armed Forces in the field of aviation.
